Physiotherapy may help but you will need the problem diagnosed by a doctor first.

See a good Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a specialty in hand therapy. Splinting recommended by a specialist might be indicated. Icing and stretching is also important and helpful. Iontophoresis can be another method of providing dexamethasone (a steroid) to an area, without an injection.

I have tried an elbow brace you can buy from any sporting goods store,it works for me after a few days it just dissapears.Keep it on during the day to hold the tendons together around the elbow and forearm areas. Hope this works for you too.....good luck

I have this problem. I went through all the therapy treatments and the injections. In the end nothing helped ME, but everyone is different and you condition may not be as bad but not being able to carry groceries makes it sound serious. You will need to see a doctor here who can refer you to someone. I ended up with surgery and don't regret it at all. You can call Dr David Stirling, in Central, bottom of Lan Kwai Fong, for a start. 2849 7822
