Stress and pain relief?

Looking for somewhere to study, learn, develop some focus and balance back into my life?

Been a very full few months with a lot going on and I think I need some activity to help me put things back into perspective.

Thinking of something physical, gym, boxing, self defense etc but hopefully with a holistic approach to the work they do!

Any suggestions please reply.

a internal style of Kung Fu that they use to help stress and tension
in the body.
They also said that it was a very effective self defense system.
