Hello,
Does anyone adopt Ketogenic Diet (low carb high fat) in Hong Kong? I have been on this diet over a year, I found it difficult to buy non-carb food in one single store and not many choices you could find in the supermarket anyway (not even in City Super). I am contemplating to open an online store specialised in low carb / high fat food (sourcing from both local and overseas), cooking books and sharing recipes etc. Is anyone interested in buying LCHF things in Hong Kong? Also any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like a good idea, many more people are adopting the diet
You can contact Oliver at Kinesiology Asia, he regularly puts his clients on the ketogenic diet and has a sound understanding of how it effects the body and nervous system.

My husband follows a strict ketogenic diet. Myself and the kids do so in a less puristic way. Please email me, i'm happy to share ideas and sourcing and our experience of how its changed the health of our family.

I used to, but now follow paleo diet. You can basically buy everything (Veggies + meat) you need in a well established supermarket. for snacks, you have very limited options, but i would get beef jerky or pork skin.

Thanks all for your comments. I am hoping to explore more varieties than low carb veggie and high fat meat like bread made of almond flour, pasta (equivalent to shirataki noodles) which you could get easily from other countries like Amercia or Europe. If anyone comes across any shops in Hong Kong that are specialised in LCHF food like I mentioned above or any food you would like to buy in Hong Kong but could not, please kindly send me the information. Or
Chan.
