lammum> The English-speaking support group is called CanSurvive, organised by the HK Cancer Fund.

I believe it meets once a week at the Mariners' Club in Tsimshatsui.

I have lost many friends to cancer who were diagnosed too late but the two redeeming features of friends who are survivors are: the support of loved ones and a positive attitude. I wish you an abundance of both and a complete and speedy recovery.

Hi Lammum,

I had cancer in 2003. I underwent radical hysterectomy, 6 sessions of chemotherapy and 28 courses of radiation therapy. I'm past the remission stage now and considered cured!

Send me a PM. I am willing to share my experience with you.

Stay positive!

Mine was also stage 1, and diagnosed very early.

My pap smears were every 6 months for 2 years and nothing turned up!

You'll be fine Lammum! Surround yourself with positive energy and focus not only on your physical healing but also on emotional and spiritual healing.

Will wait for your pm.
