I have recently aquired a HK ID with the right to abode and was wondering if that allows me any sort of public health in HK (if there is such a thing) and if so what treatment am I eligible for?

Are you sick? If so go to a health center and see a doctor, they can give you a diagnosis and medicine. You are eligible.
