Hi All,
Seems to be nothing in the forums about this, but has anyone got any comments about "StretchAsia". They advertise in HK Magazine - the main therapist usually features in the ad...blond curly hair..?
Or does anyone have any recommendations for a chiropractor - wealth of experience and good english..?
Oh, problem concerns wear and tear/perhaps some damage of knees and lower back.
Incidentally, anyone know where I can find a good lower back support for chairs?
Thanks!!

Stretch techniques are good and they seem to get results. You are unlikely to get the owner. Damn expensive.
chairs: get yourself the best chair, don't add to a bad chair.

Hi everyone,
I am actually that blonde chap in the ads. I am Chris Watts the founder of Stretch Asia.
I agree I am too expensive but I do free postural assessments and so do my team who are a mix of Alexander technicians and Phyiscal therapists who specialize in Active forms of stretching to relieve tension and improve posture.
Let me know if you need more specific advice. Cheers Chris
