How to get vaccinated if you are a non-resident ?

Does anyone know how a non-resident, non-work permit individual (from the UK but lives in the US) who has been in Hong Kong continuously since March 2020 can get vaccinated ?

We had heard that some private medical facilities might be able to help with this but have no idea where to start looking.

Any advice or suggestions you might have would be gratefully received.
