I have the occassional acid reflux episode / GERD when I wake up with a burning throat and an episode of bronchitis (brown phlegm with specks of blood), running and congested nose, burping, hiccups.
Onions, beer, pizza etc. are the usual triggers.
I would like to see a specialist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment (medication, or non-invasive surgery).
I have heard that there are modern treatments such as heating / stitching of the esophageal valve.
Would appreciate anyone's experience with treating GERD in Hong Kong, and any recommendations to specialists.
thanks!

your symptoms indicate a stomach issue (acid re-flux, hiccups), lung issue (bronchitis), and ENT issue (allergic rhinitis, chronic pharyngitis), etc.
If you are open-minded about using Chinese medicine(taking granule, no cooking herbals), those issues can be relieved significantly in short time say 1 to 2 weeks. pm for free consultation if interested.
