hi everyone, I am an expat living in hong kong on investment visa. I would like to know the best in and outpatient medical insurance provider for my family for long term. As I am new in hong kong, I am not familiar with health insurance requirements in hong kong. Is it worth to get a medical insurance or any other option would be better?

The public hospitals in Hong Kong are reasonably good but I still think it is advisable to have private cover if you can afford it. The level of service is much higher - particularly the rooms in the event you are hospitalized

Also if you travel frequently it makes sense to have cover....

We work with leading global health insurer Bupa https://www.bupa.com.hk/en/

I used a broker to arrange mine and got a very good deal. He worked for Lifestyle Insurance and was called Neil. He can be contacted on 2970 4543 or neilmccormick@lfsinsurance.com
