Hi All
I got my vitamin D level tested, after a long period of suffering from sleep disturbance and fatgue...
its very low (13 ng/ml, min is 40). I want to see a doctor whoc understands vitamin D deficnecy, has experience in treating patients with fatgiue and sleep disturbances and can prescribe oral D3 tablets to me.
I know getting sunlight would help and i am trying to do that but I can wait and my numbersneed some intervention
Thanks a lot!

Hi !
I have been taking 10,000 iu daily vitamin D to treat insomnia for almost 2 years now.
Everything is getting better. it improves my mood, appetite, immune system and skin.
There have been increasing scientific research showing vitamin D should be taken as a daily regime.
Just buy it on i-herb.com...it's cheaper and with a wider selection.
Cheers,
Hazel
