What are you going to do when one person responds with a 'YES' and another responds with a 'NO'? (Personally, the only response I could give honestly is 'I DON'T KNOW' so I'll refrain.) I think you should ask your doctor.

Many things can delay or eliminate a period. remember the sequence normally is this--- you ovulate on about the 14th day, if that egg is NOT fertilized the hormone system for that egg collapses and you menstruate, usually about 14 days after ovulation The lack of a period may be just due to lack of ovulation. if you are not trying to conceive it is not a problem.
One plan is this, if you are sure that you are not PG and have neg tests. take 5 birth control pills, one a day and then stop, a period should come 4-6 days later, if not you should see a Dr.

BY nature, the ovulation of mammals are affected by the environmental temperature. Mammals ususally ovulate and produce young during the warmer months, than during the colder months. In the case of us humans where we are able to control our environmental conditions, we are rather affected in this way, unknowingly.
Try to observe your cycles, did you have this two-month skip of your menstrual cycle last year? How about in the previous years? Did this occur during the warmer or cooler periods. If it occurred during the warmer months, observe your home setting. Do you sleep with airconditioners on, or do you stay 24 hrs in an airconditioned room from office to your home. These may have affected your menstrual cycle.
In relation to this I have read an article about using a warmer light bulbs in the home for a wife to stimulate ovulation.
