Advice regarding medical field selection in HK

Hi, Would really appreciate any advise regarding the best field of medicine that one can choose in HK either Guinea, GP or ortho. which filed is popular and sensible to choose for specialization in order to start a career as a doctor in HK . specially for a non local speaker. Also how difficult it is to practice medicine in HK with no or little command on cantonese.
