have been suffering with bad sinusitis this year - anyone recommend any good cure? i have been on antibiotics, taken logicin, sinufed.. but these dont seem to be working. within a few days of stopping the medication my headaches, & jaw ache are back.

I've had it a few times. Each time lasted about 2 weeks. I practically sat on the couch for 2 weeks each time. Don't exercise at all, pump the good stuff into you and get as much sleep as possible.

Allergies and sensitivities are a not uncommon cause for chronic sinusitis. If you haven’t already tried, nasal anti-allery spray combined with antihistamins may give good relief. Best to discuss with your family doctor or ENT specialist.

You coud find out if the sinusitis is allergy related or others.
I could suggest acupucnture treatment and also allergy treatmnet.
