PLZ Recommend a Chinese Herbalist/ Naturopath for Thyroid , PCOS , Sinus & Allergies

I recently moved to Hong Kong. I have been suffering from Hypothyroid , PCOS , Recurrent Sinusitis and Allergies for past couple of years. I am quite unwell with extreme fatigue, chronic body aches , gut problems , headaches and several other issues. I have been to many standard doctors but there is no cure for it .So I am hoping to try Chinese medicines , Acupuncture or anything else that can help me . I also want to try to conceive after a couple of months. Should I go to separate doctors to address all my issues or is there any doctor who can address all issues together?

If I were you, I wouldn't want to go to several doctors. First of all it's too time consuming and expensive, and secondly you end up with a mix of several incoherent treatments. Maybe an integrative solution in terms of an holistic approach would be best for you.

I myself struggled with some women's health issues, too. Western medicine couldn't help and I tried to open my mind for eastern medicine. So i went (and still go) to a clinic in central that is specialized in addressing women's health issues naturally. I started with acupuncture twice a week and herbal chinese medicine. Additionally i changed my diet according to them and joined some mindfulness meditation classes. Their practitioners work hand in hand and really care about my wellbeing. I don't want to bother you with my detailed health history and my recovery story. Just one remark: after two month I feel so relieved! What I love most about them, is their integrative and holistic approach. They really tackle the root cause problem and don't simply treat the symptoms and make you support the pharma industry.

Of course everybody is different. What works for me, doesn't necessarily work for you too. But maybe it's worth to check it out.

Hi Tanya, I am happy to share my experience with you. I have visited some TCM doctor in HK before but the problem is some of them do not speak or understand English. I also searched some TCM doctor from the website and this forum and I tried Veronica Hoi, who has been recommended by some friends here. She is a nice and experienced TCM Doctor in central. She helped me a lot on my skins problem and health issue. Her full name is Veronica Hoi and her clinic is in Shun On Commercial building 14/F, I think she could help you.
