Anyone know of a good nephrologist (kidney doctor) in Hong Kong? Thanks in advance!

Thank you very much for your recommendation. Do you know where Dr. Yu received his training?
Also, anyone ever hear of Dr. Kelvin K.L. Ho. He practices in Central and is a specialist in nephrology. Any good or bad input on him? Thanks for the input in advance as I'm new to Hong Kong and it has been difficult to find recommendations on a kidney specialist.

In Singapore they have the best specialists for kidney and liver ailments. I really recommend you to go to Mt. Elizabeth Hospital, very good service and the doctors are very straight forward. Are you in Bangkok? They have a rep-office here, you can email them too: parkwaygroupbkk@yahoo.com

I have just got back from visiting my dad in HK and I had pesonally met Dr Kelvin K. L. Ho who has been and still is treating my dad.
I recommend Dr Kelvin K. L. Ho wholeheartedly. He is not only an excellent kidney specialist, he is also a very caring doctor. I can't ask for a better doctor for my dad!!
As I have been living in London for many years, I can only manage the basic conversation in Cantonese nowadays. Therefore it is an added bonus for me personally that Dr Kelvin Ho can speak both Cantonese and English fluently. He would be more than happy to speak to you in English if needed.
You can see Dr Ho either at the Hong Kong Sanatorium & hospital where he is a consultant or at his own clinic in Cental, HK if you do not wish to go to the hospital.

I am afaid I don't know Dr. Richard Yu as he wasn't the doctor that treated my dad. Therefore I can't tell you anything about him.
