It's important to keep in mind that correlation does not prove causation. The results of a single study could be spurious, particularly if other studies have not reached the same conclusion. Also these cancers are quite rare so even if the risk vs. non-mobile phone users is doubled the actual risk is still small compared to more common health issues like lung cancer and diabetes, and the added risk from mobile phones is likely small when compared to that from smoking, obesity and air pollution. That being said it wouldn't hurt to use speaker phone or hands free for long calls.
