I am developing RSI and need a good physio who can both treat the problem and give me advice on how to manage it (eg exercises, correct movements/movements to avoid, etc).
I've started seeing someone who is okay at treating but gives me practically no advice on managing, so in between treatments I get no relief.
Am I expecting too much? If not, does anyone know of a good physio who can help with both treatment and management?

I don't think you are expecting too much. My physio is really good at doing exactly what you are asking for: Tony Hui, at Central Rehabilitation Centre, Rm 604 Central Building. Tel 25250604. He comes from a collection of backgrounds (physio, acupuncture, ex specialist, personal trainer, manipulation, you name it...). He's very attentive and caring. He promotes independence, so you can learn a whole bunch of self caring ex/posture from him.

Thanks very much for your advice. He sounds really good. Unfortunately, I called them but they won't let me in without a doctor's referral letter - which means I have to pay a doctor to do nothing but give me a letter and hope that he's willing to refer me to this guy. Frustrating!

Or you can try to find Thomas Lam in Central.

Thank you patlau - I found someone else who's giving me exactly what I want. He's Luck Li, located in Central, 2899-2280 in case anyone else is looking for a physio. He's no-nonsense and has given me a lot of things to work on, starting with my posture.
