BONE SPUR

I have a bone spur, and a very painful one at that, on my heel. I read it can be injected with steroids and it will go away. Anyone any infomation on this and who can treat it in Honkers. Thanks.

Don't know any doctors in Honkers. My dad had a spur - you know you can get heel pad thingies with holes in the middle to make it comfortable while walking, until you can get it fixed.

Perhaps you should consult a GP first, or an orthopedic surgeon. A good one I know is Dr Kou (clinic tel 25042323). If you have a HKID and no insurance, you can seek treatment through government clinics but apparently the waiting time is quite long....
