He picked up the habbit about 2 years ago and smoke less than 10 cigarette per day. Is it easy to help him quit smoking? And how?
He told me he would like to quit it for so long but failed eventually coz he is so weak in his mind!
The thing is, smoking seem becomes one of a smoker's daily routines, it's like reading newspaper, music, chewing gum, all sort of habbit that once you picked up then you'll never put them down.
He told me if he try not to smoke, it's like someone feel itchy on his own back and he is forced not to scratch it.
Any advices?

I quit successfully (well its 3 months now) from a 30/day habit using Hypnotherapy. It worked amazingly well. Reduced craving to about 20%. Detox for first 3-4 days was still fairly tough as I wanted to go cold turkey. Dr Melanie Bryan - don't have her number to hand... but it costs HK$1400 and she's on Kennedy Road
