extremely dry skin -pls help!

I have an extremely dry skin. My whole body is very dry. Even before winter , my leg start to crack. my skin looks like 50's plus skin but i'm only in the 20's.( because of the dryness) some part of my body is scaly. Anyone know any good cream, moisturiser, bath oil/soap?

Always apply almond oil before a shower then after your shower use something like QV cream or Aqueous Cream (Aqueous is much cheaper than QV but quite similar)

I get almond oil from Crabtree and Evelyn, there are probably cheaper options but I haven't looked. Watsons or Mannings for the Aqueous Cream.

The oil before the shower is the most important thing to do.

My husband also has very dry skin, and finds QV cream great. You can get it from the major chemists.

I find using the Pinetarsol has helped... same with my daughter. Now, just wondering (in the other thread)... whether it's alright to use long term.
