I'm not an expert but I would definitely want some antiseptic cream (not available over the counter in HK) to reduce risk of infection (and hence reduce risk of scarring). And also I understand there may be some new products which can reduce chances of scarring generally. Finally, from personal experience I suspect the damaged skin may forever be more sensitive to sunburn. I know nothing of doctors in HK, but I've personally experienced some doctors who didn't take cosmetic things very seriously, and who therefore might not share your concern about scarring. I assume a dermatologist would be the place to start, and the more quickly you could get in to see one the better. Just be glad you didn't try to do your eyebrows!
