I found Dr Iain MacRobert in princes building to be very good. He's not the cheapest so you will need deep pockets or good healthcare coverage.

Dr Tsang at Santorium Hospital Eye Clinic. Not ask to do things that you dont need to do. My mother and I also consulted him, but it is difficult to make appointments.
