If it's not urgent and you happen to be going to Bangkok in the near future, why don't you book into the Bumrungrad Hospital? I had a full female medical check up that included absolutely everything. You can pick from a no. of packages. It cost me a third of what you would pay here. You'll need a whole morning to do all the diffent tests and then the following day you have the consultation w/ the doctor. It was excellent service.
