Need mental help / counseling

Hiya guys,


Is there any english speaking psychology student or affordable psychologist out there that you know of?


I guarantee a colorful case study. I feel pretty lost and confused. Screwed up all my relationships. Thought I could figure out but now i realized that i need someone more qualified to analyze and guide me.


Central professionals charge zillions of dollars and in my case I'll need months of therapy.


I'd much appreciate any help.

It takes courage to realize that one could use some help and to ask for it. Why do you need months of therapy? Who put that in your mind? You can change much quicker than that if you really want to.


Try thinking more positively and learn about your own brain and nervous system? Sounds like you are bright enough. Go to library or bookshop and learn some NLP and/or psychology yourself (cognitive behavioural therapy).

Richard, i tried myself but it feels like a irrecoverable dutch roll. that's why i wanted to have a third opinion. i try reading too, but at this moment i'm just looking for any more help i can get.
