My wife and I are in the process of relocating from the US to Shanghai. She takes Wellbutrin and I wanted to know: if it is better to bring a large supply of the medication with us or is it relatively easy to buy the medication in Shanghai?

The Generic name for this medication is BUPROPION.

I checked with our pharmacy, at Shanghai United Family Hospital, and we do not have it in our formulary. I suspect that it may not be licensed in China.

That being the case you would be well advised to bring a supply with you.
