Back home in Europe insurance pays yearly check-up. Does anybody knows the fee of a gynaecological check-up?

I agree with Arline, Lucy Lord is a cold woman.
I had this miscarriage 10 years ago and was new in hk - she handled my situation and no compassion did I feel from that doctor. She was checking me and her phone rung and answered it at the middle of our check up. And at that very moment, I was too desperate with my status. And it cost my husband $25,000 for that miscarrige she handled at Matilda.

I agree - stay clear of Lucy Lord. She is cold and also makes it clear that she is in her profession for the money only. She also has a reputation for ripping of her employee doctors. Nasty woman! Try Dr. Rob Dawkins or Dr. Sally Ferguson - they have great reputations...

I have gone to see Dr Christine Choy recently. Although she is good, she is very expensive(compared to my gynae back in Singapore). An indication of her fees- Pap & HPV testing: 800, pelvis scan: 800. The check-up revealed that I had a polyp growth so she had it removed there and then. This minor procedure and the lab test cost me 5300! I nearly fainted, don't think I am going back there. I am planning to try for a baby this year. Can somebody recommend a more reasonable-priced female gynae? Thanks!
