My sympathies, awfully painfull, but why don't you get them surgically sorted for good. I don't know of any surgeons in HK to recommend, but I'm sure you family DR can refer you to one, and once the operation is done, just a few days of discomfort, then improvement for good.
There is a small surgical supplies store, in Des veoux rd, may sell this type of cushion, they do wheel chairs and things, directions-if you are coming from the IFC, cross the footbridge, from the footbridge if you look down towards your RT you can see the little shop.

I am not sure if you will find one these days. Basically it can cause more blood pooling in the area and make the issue worse! Be careful. We stopped using them for our postnatal ladies back in the mid 80's. You need to support the area when you sit and so squeeze your buttock cheeks together tightly as you sit and this way you give support to the area as you sit and this is more comfortable - it really does work!

there are plenty of creams to reduce the swelling on the market. I am sure (hoepfully) you have found something by now as I note your post is a fortnight old - hope so anyway!
