My husband and I never heard of Polarity Therapy before but I found out that there’s a practitioner in HK, Timothy Tse. I asked my husband to give him a try when he reached out for something to give me around the desk the other day and just felt the most excruciating pain in his lower back! I gave Holistic Central a call and lucky for me, he was free…he was really looking for a good massage therapist to tweak his back but, after the session he could move without much pain. He also spoke to him about eating energy-giving foods and how they might help strengthen his back.
