Ok, not a charming title.
My mouth is full of blisters : lips, gums and even my tongue.
My doctor gave me a mouth rince, but that is not enough.
Any other advice ? It is really a pain, can't eat anything.

If these blisters are commonly called mouth ulcers, a paste of bicarbonate of soda and water can be helpful, if somewhat painful at first contact. But that does not cure them...in my experience, they have to run their course....up to 10 days.

If you don't mind Chinese herb drink.... I had a break out in spots and mouth ulcers last month and then my Chinese doc told me it's "liver heat". He said I am taking a lot of vitamins, and my liver is passing the "heat". I quit the vitamins and drank a Chinese herb drink called "Common Selfheal Fruit-Spike" from 7-11. Then around 2-3 days later, all my spots and ulcers died down.
