I recommend getting a second opinion from another orthodontist. Its always better to make an educated decision. There is a list of orthodontists in Hong Kong posted by the Hong Kong Society of Orthodontists. the link is www.hkso.org/en/members.php
Another good source is to ask the friends or classmates of your son. I am sure ther are lots of his classmated having braces.

Hello! I saw your question and created an account just to say that I had a bad experience with Vincent Leung when I had him as an orthodontist several years ago. In fact, I am having orthodontic treatment again to fix some of the mistakes he made :( He was okay as far as the standard of care goes in attaching brackets to teeth and removing them without damaging enamel etc., but he positioned my teeth poorly (which is the reason one goes to an orthodontist in the first place!) So I would definitely suggest you look around for someone else!

I don't recomment Vincent Leung.
I got braces done by him:
*He suggested pulling 4 teeth out... I refused, it was unncecessary and would have changed the profile of my face for the worse. I'm so happy I had the presence of mind to say no to that.
*He didn't line the top and bottom teeth up correctly
*When he took the braces off he ground off some enamel on three of my teeth!!!
