dermatologist for facial wart removal

I'm looking for a recommendation for a dermatologist to remove a wart from my nose. Has anyone had this done without leaving any scarring.

if it is facial warts, I would choose a plastic surgeon instead of a general dermatogist for obvious reasons. There is one at the Bank of America Tower, but I forgot his name.
