Nature's Village is a really good place - they have a good selection of supplements. They have a few branches in HK but I personally go to the one in Central. The guy who works there is also pretty knowledgeable.

Nuskin products have a lot of protein powder, supplement, vitinams... it is many years brand name, also have professional guides to solve problems.
The shop in causeway bay, i will go there on next week. you can join together if possible as i also need to starting to eat protein powder as i just surgery, need more engery.
