my left eye's like 500, but right's around 800~ which makes my glasses so unbalanced.. is there any frame design that can balance the weight of glasses??

maybe you could try out polycarbonate lenses that could be made very thin in your prescription.

as for frame designs, you could consider frames that are round or oval?

Yes, nowadays they have a range of material to make the glasses. Of course, glass is the thinnest, but also the heaviest. But you should be able to find an optician who can make same size lenses for you with different materials.

i think the weight issue should not be a problem. anyway how heavy can your glasses be?

Choose a small frame preferably plastic to hide the thickness of the lens and to minimise the overall weight. You can opt for high index lenses which are thinner and more practical for your 8.00DS lens. Expect to pay the price though

but i think it will be worth the price if it minimizes the thickness of the lens.

however, the thickness could only be minimized to a certain extend. the sides of the lens will still be quite thick, so the width of the lens should be kept short
