any doctors in Shenzhen recommended?

unfortunately I cannot recommend any. I woud suggest coming back to civilisation (HK) for medical treatment if at all possible.

I agree that your best bet is in Hong Kong; however, I had a favorable experience at the SOS International Clinic in Shekou. They have a couple of good doctors there.

I did a web search for Global Doctor and for CanAm (both have clinics in GZ) because I thought I heard that Can Am had opened an office in Shenzhen. While HK is definitely the place to go for anything significant, I understand that you can't always run to HK for the most minor medical issues. You might try calling your own country's consulate. I think there are small differences in philosphy even among western trained physicians that sometimes make one more comfortable with someone from one's own culture.
