you can catch a tram and get off at southorn stadium, or catch the mtr and get off at wan chai, take the johnston rd exit and walk left along the shop side of johnston rd. sorry don't know the number or even what it's next to.... it's somewhere in between the markets just outside the tram stop and fortress.

i think it depends what kind of medicine you're talking about. there are many chemists (generally chinese ones) where you can get antibiotics and other fairly standard medication over the counter without a prescription, passport or anything. there is one on johnston road in wanchai, in the block of shops across the road from the southhorn stadium.
