The HongKong VRC Paddle Section- formerly known as the Hong Kong Island Paddle Club (HKIPC) is a competitive outrigger canoe and dragon boat racing club based in Hong Kong since 1993. It forms the paddle section of the Victoria Recreation Club, based in Deepwater Bay on Hong Kong Island.

Our reputation has extended to the tourism industry in Hong Kong and we are repeatedly asked to carry out dragon boat workshops as a team-building exercise for visiting companies either in incentive tours or world and regional conferences.
