Get a taste of the chef’s famous creations that blend familiar flavors with artisan twists. Among them, sample such delights as the Sourdough Egg Tart, Almond Danish, Chocolate and Hazelnut Doughnut, and his Manchego Cheese and Poached Egg. Of course, another must-try is Michaud’s breakfast sandwich of streaky bacon, fried egg, aged cheddar, generously dressed in house sauce and assembled into a toasted milk bun.
