Are there any serviced apartments in the territory that allow guests to have dogs?

yes there are some very nice serviced apartments that allow dogs. There was a very interesting article in the SCMP a few months ago. Try calling the Citizens Advice Bureau as I am sure they will have a list. Sorry I don't know the number off hand- yellow pages or call 1081.
