My friend was terminated last june 21,2011.The next day she went to Macau and go back again on the same day. My question about her is, can she go back again to Macau before the alloted days (14 days) again for the second time. Or before her last visa here expires?

[UPDATE] Please note that fee quotes stated in historic postings may be out-of-date.

Your friend should have no problem going back to Macau if her visa has not expired and she holds a valid travel document. However, visitors are required to possess a valid onward or return ticket unless they can prove that they reside on the Mainland of China or in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For more information, contact the Macau Public Information Center at 8866 8666 or visit the immigration website at http://portal.gov.mo/web/guest/tourist/catpage?catid=22.

However Hong Kong Immigration will not tolerate continuous back and forth journeys simply to “re-fresh” a visitor’s visa in Hong Kong; the question will be “why” is this person visiting again.
