I've been ringing everyday now for the last 7 days and been told to leave my name and number for a call back, but I've got no call back... What's happening?

That's the UK Cathay Pacific number, I am looking for Marco Polo. They are different entities right? When I tried at lunch time it was shut anyway.

I understand these thread is 1503 days ago.. Its now march 27, me and my friend in Paris have been calling Hk Marco polo for 2 days and all I get is a engaged tone.. If I dial other countries marco polo..will they entertain me?.. we are flying from Paris to HongKong... what's happening to them.. Im actually silver and my friend is gold membership... pls tell me what to do ?..
