Jusco in Hang Hau sells it in vacuum packs. Yum scrum, and not ridiculously expensive either.

But why for Women Only?!

Thanks for all your help everyone!

Setanta,

I take your animal rights propaganda about as seriously as a door-to-door church of latter day saints representative. Yes, I am aware of this issue but I will address it when we choose to.

I have been to the PETA website and I have watched the footage. Am a callous because I still choose to eat foie gras, maybe. But at least I didn't intentionally go a comment forum on an Animal Rights website and post a link where you can buy foie gras in bulk.

Cheers.

The controversial food foie gras is always a sore point for pet rights activists and foodies. Duck or goose liver is made into a pate to make it. However, the ducks or geese need to be overfed for a while before slaughter. The over-feeding causes the liver to swell and become fatty. I read this here: Foodies and activists still at odds over foie gras.

Excellent value for Money@ French gourmet Hong Kong , which is an olnine shop in Hong kong (href="http://www.frenchgourmethk.com)

They offer Jar semi cooked Foie gras imported from France, as well as raw foie gras, and many other French foods (cheese, cold cuts, meat...)
