HKBN FibreHome1000 broadband - any good?

I've been a Netvigator user for 7 years but am moving and HKBN offers FibreHome1000 for HK$200 before discounts, or about 20% less than what I pay PCCW currently for 30M.

I have never had any problems with PCCW and I am told that PCCW is the best for surfing to overseas websites but I am tempted to go with HKBN.

Has anyone made the switch?

Is HKBN stable?
