where can I buy frozen phyllo pastry shells, or any type of tart shell in Hong Kong? Is it sold in Welcome or Park'n'shop? Thanks!

You can buy the ready made sheets of filo pastry from some PnS, and probably some Welcome, but I've never seen it sold as shells ... but you only have to shape it into shells by using a baking tin for small tarts/cakes and pressing into the round shapes ...
