Serviced apartments/temp housing for family?

Hi

I am moving to HK in Jan with my husband, two toddlers and a dog. My husband will work in Kowloon Bay. We will probably end up renting a house in clear water bay, sai Kung or Stanley. Can anyone recommend temp housing or serviced apartments in any area that are kid friendly with amenities close by. The budget will be about 55,000 per Month. I lived in HK for 4 years previously, so I know the areas pretty well. Any tips or recommendations would be great, Many thanks

HI I am also moving to Hk in December. Want to take my pet with me a little 7lb dog. Our office is in Tim Shat shui kowloon. Yu mention you have a dog also. I am having a hard time finding pet friendly service apartments. Can you recommend anything if you know of any?

cape1 - have a look at the Vega serviced apts in Tseung Kwan O...brand new, atop TKO MTR station, easy commute to Kowloon Bay and easy access to Sai Kung and Clearwater Bay by minibus for house hunting...likely have access to great facilities and as mentioned, lots of shopping (food, etc under you and nearby)

Funbobby! Thanks for the info, looks great. Quito, we will probably put our dog into fern dale kennels until we find a permanent home, it's out near sai kung, great staff and I don't have any worries living my dog there, until I'm settled. Thks
