Any suggestions where I can buy a car boot bicycle rack for the kids bikes?

Depends where you are located. A lot of the New Territories bike shops (even those that rent bikes out by the hour) will stock cycle racks (costs about $400). If you can drive outside of one and just ask if they have one suitable for your car.
