I have posted here several times and I would like to thank everyone for there help ! Okay so now I know I can stay in Hong Kong 90 days without a Visa. As a American citizen. However what would be the steps to create a small business in Hong Kong. Like for instance I would not have a sponsor for a workers visa because I am opening my own small business with a tight budget I will admit. So Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance ! Also I am looking for used box trucks and Vans in Hong Kong for sale. I tried car28.com but it seems the website is not working. So if anyone has a link to classifieds or listing I would be most grateful =)

If you set up a limited company with you as a shareholder you could pay yourself dividends (rather than salary). This way you could run it on a tourist visa (just pop over to Macau every few months). If the company was running well you could think about applying for a work permit.
This is a little risky as you'd be working illegally
