Areas to live - advice please?

My husband and I are relocating to HK later this year with a newborn baby and 2 small dogs. We are looking for a 2+ bed apartment with outside space. Which areas would you recommend please? My husband will be based in central hong kong and therefore we would only want to be a 30 minute commute away maxinim? Thank you, Sarah x

A twenty--twenty five minute commute by ferry to Central would be Discovery Bay.

Child and pet friendly, with more low rise (some with gardens), and plenty of safer traffic free areas to walk.

Landsmann on glandsmann@me.com mobile No. (852) 67449606 who gives a very personal and professional service, has been in the business for the past l5 years, and whom we would highly recommend. The areas within 30 mins travel time to Central would mainly be Mid-levels, Happy Valley, The Peak. the Peak is very sought after, but is very foggy in the typhoon season June - September, is up to l0 deg. colder, and the prices of apartments is high - HKD 40,000 upwards. Do contact Mrs. Landsmann, and she will give you all info. you need about all areas within 30 min. radius. We could give you a long list of agents, but some of their fees are very high, and rarely do they give you an individual service.
