HI there,

I am a Consular Identity Card holder for 9 yrs though i am working in the house as a service staff...

In a year i have one month holiday which i normally spent in Philippines..

In this case is there any chance of applying for a right of abode? Pls help ...if there's a way...

check with immigration

if you are working as a domestic helper then certainly no.

and afaik consular staff is also not eligible for ROA, but dont take my word for it.
