Refill fire extinguisher?

Years ago I bought a small fire extinguisher for home from a sales booth in a shopping mall. It has now lost the pressure and is no longer usable. Where can I get it properly checked and re-filled? The sales booth is long gone and there's no contact details on the extinguisher itself.

You would be best to replace it as extinguishers expiore after 2 years and then need recertification for a further 2 years before they need to be stripped down and have all the seals replaced which will cost as much as a new one. There are a few fire appliance store around Reclaimation Sterrt and Soy Street in Mong Kok that sell a wide range of extinguishers at very reasonable prices
