A friend needs a lawyer who reads Chinese and speaks English fluently to represent her in an upcoming civil court case.
Can anyone recommend someone...?

What I experience so far all Hongkong Chinese lawyers here speak English fluently and read Chinese too. Many of them have studied in UK, USA, Aust. I always have better results when having Hongkong Chinese lawyers than the whitey ones. Sometimes I must pay more, but what the heck, if at the end I win the case and win the money ... It's just about win-win situation
